What is the participation fee? 

2018 Policymaker Roundtable Fee: $1995 USD

The participation fee includes all the sessions, materials prepared by the Organizing Committee, your meals, a cocktail reception and wines with dinner. The fees exclude the cost of travel and hotel.


New this year, the Opening Reception, Keynote Speaker and Dinner will be held at the Grand Hyatt Washington.

What is the cancellation policy?

Written requests for cancellation will be eligible for a refund in accordance with the following schedule, based on the date the cancellation request is received:

  • Prior to August 10th, 2018; 100% of Participation Fee less a $250
    administration fee.
  • August 10th, 2018 or later; the Participation Fee is non-refundable.

Registrations are transferable, however, as the program is by invitation only, all substitutes must be approved internally before we are able to accept them.

How many CPE or CLE Credits can I receive for participating?

You may be eligible to earn CPE or CLE credits based on 5.0 hours of formal programming during the event. Written material will be provided to all participants. Credits awarded differ from state to state, and will be granted at the discretion of the individual state bars.

What is the dress code?

We suggest business casual for the sessions, reception and dinner. Formal attire is not required.
